Use our online scheduling tool to schedule your service. After checking your zip code to see if we service your area, select a service from our menu. If you’re not sure what to pick, choose “Standard Service” to have your bike diagnosed and repaired.

Depending on the service, your bike will either be repaired on-site or picked-up and repaired at our company’s private bike shop. A professional mechanic will contact you when they’re on the way, and will provide a repair estimate on-site. Most bikes are redelivered within 7 days of pick-up.
