NEW: Pick-up and drop-off service

New in 2024, we are now offering a pick-up and drop-off service for most bike repairs using bike racks and lower emission vehicles. By bringing your bike to our company’s private bike shop we are able to provide our mechanics with an environment to work in that is free from the distractions and dangers of inclement weather, drivers, and unexpected overtime.

How is my bicycle transported?

Most bicycles are transported via bike rack, or inside our mobile repair van. To request a specific transportation method, please include your request in the notes section of the scheduling process.

Where is my bike repaired?

Our company’s bike shop is closed to the public to maximize the focus of our professional mechanics and ensure the safe storage of your bicycle.

What does pick-up and drop-off cost?

Pick-up and drop-off is free for all repairs over $100.

What else should I know?

- All repairs are warrantied for 30 days.

- There is a $75 service minimum for all mobile appointments, except when covered under a service subscription.

- Appointments canceled within 24 hours that are not rescheduled will occur a $50 short term cancelation fee, except when covered under a service subscription.

- Appointments are limited by availability, and scheduling preference is given to customers with service subscriptions.

Can you provide a quote before I book a service?

Does it cost more?

No! We pride ourselves on keeping our prices the same as what you would find at your local brick-and-mortar bike shop, and will either price match or beat competing quotes.

Why should I book a mobile service?

Using Mobile Bicycle Repair ensures top quality and accountability by having the same mechanic perform both the diagnosis and repair of your bike, and eliminates the time you’ll spend dropping off, waiting for, and picking up at a brick-and-mortar bike shop.

Are there services you don't provide?

We don’t provide bicycle sales, though are happy to connect you with a local bicycle dealer and consult you through the purchase process. If you’re curious about a service not listed in our Service Menu, please reach out for a quote.

Do you offer suspension service?

We offer air sleeve/air can service for rear shocks, and stanchion/oil back service for forks. These services refreshes all the grease, oil and exterior seals used to make sure your suspension components glide smoothly. Damper services are shipped to a dedicated suspension service provider.


Do you work on cargo bikes and/or e-bikes?

Yes, we work on all kinds of cargo bikes and e-bikes. These types of bikes can require a bit more time to complete repairs than would be required on traditional bikes which can impact the repair cost.

We do not provide e-bike conversion services.

Do you service my area?

Our online scheduling tool automatically checks your zip code to see if we service your area.
We do often make visits outside our regular service area for an increased service minimum, depending on distance.

What is your service minimum?

Our service minimum is $75. If your repair is less than $75, additional value will be provided to meet $75 minimum.
